Brit and BAFTA Awards Fashion

Two major awards within a week of on another usually make for some great fashion to drool over. To kick off your weekend here is a fashion recap of the Brit and BAFTA Awards redcarpet.

Uma Thurman Amy Adams Cate Blanchett Uma Thurman took to the EE BAFTA red carpet wearing a figure hugging strapless Versace gown. Also in black, Amy Adams wore a Victoria Beckham number and Cate Blanchett, winner of Best Actress awards, donned a printed Alexander McQueen dress on the redcarpet.

Oprah iggyTalkshow host, actress, human rights activist and producer, Oprah Winfrey jetted in from America to hit the BAFTA redcarpet, looking  stylish in Stella McCartney. Imogen Poots wore a keyhole cut out Givenchy dress despite the freezing English weather. Meanwhile at the Brit Awards, Iggy Azalea  wore a simple full length Ellie Sabb gown.

Olga Samantha Barks Lupita Nyongo

French model and actress Olga Kurylenko wore an orange and black Burberry dress to the BAFTAs also adding a pop of colour to the redcapet, Luptia  Nyong’o a strapless Dior gown with a gold belt to set off an otherwise plain dress. Samantha Barks looked lovely in a simple cream Calvin Klein number.

Pharell Brad and Angelina, Sm and Laura Cafflin

Pharell, in Lanvin, and his wife Helen took to the Brit Awards redcarpet in co-coordinating metallic outfits. At the BAFTAs Brad and Angelina also went for matching poutfits, this time Saint Laurent his and her tuxedos. The Hunger Games star Sam Caflin and his wife Laura both looked stylish in Burberry on the recarpet.
